UPDATED: Dragon Age Inquisition DLC Not Coming To PS4 (Yet)

The original story is as follows....

"Jaws of Hakkon, the new DLC for BioWare's Dragon Age: Inquisition, was released on Tuesday across Xbox One and PC--but not PlayStation 4. Now, BioWare has confirmed that the new expansion will eventually come to Sony's new console, though executive producer Mark Darrah asks PlayStation fans to be patient." By Eddie Makuch from Gamespot. Bioware have also revealed that they can't discuss when it will come to PS4 due to a clause in publisher EA's agreement with Microsoft.

I'm still playing Dragon Age and waiting to properly get into it. Hopefully that will come soon, as I see potential for it to be something I really like. When that does happen, I'm going to want to devour every piece of content out there - so I hope this comes to PS4 soon.

On 30/03/2015 this was tweeted from the Dragon Age Twitter account:

Batman: Arkham Knight's Delay....

Batman Arkham Knight has been delayed again to the 23rd June. Originally expected to arrive in 2014, the game was then pushed to June 2nd, however Rocksteady announced on Monday that a new release date had been set. "We're a developer that hates to make any compromises, so we are sorry to say this means it's going to be just a little big longer until you can play the epic conclusion to the Arkham trilogy," game director Sefton Hill said.

While this is annoying, if it means a better games comes out of the process then I'm all for a delay. And, after all a developer knows if they need more time or not - we just have to trust their judgement.

....And New Trailer

As well as announcing the delay, Rocksteady and Warner Bros. released a new trailer for the game, that was captured entirely on a PS4 system. It looks incredible, and I urge you to check it out over at Gamespot.

Borderlands 2 Has Sold Over 12 Million

"In a podcast with Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb, Gearbox Software CEO Randy Pitchford said that Borderlands 2 has sold "well over 12 million units." He added that he learned about this through an earnings call with 2K, but since the company is publicly traded, they can't always be specific about numbers. As of last year, the 2012 first-person shooter role-playing game had sold around 9 million copies and had become 2K's bestselling game ever." From Gamespot by Daniel Starkey
That is a crazy number! People really do seem to love Borderlands 2 and the whole franchise in general. I've never really been able to get into it as a single-player game, but really enjoyed it when playing with friends. I'm obviously in the minority though, or 12 million would be a distant figure for Gearbox!
Full Details Of PS4 2.50 - Yukimura

On Thursday, the PS4's newest update rolled out. Including suspend/resume functions, trophy improvements and updated remote and share play settings, details of the update can be found on the PlayStation Blog.

While most of the update is great - one annoying thing which I've noticed is that the Power Off button has been removed from the menu that pops up after holding the PS button. There's now an extra step in the process. Only a mild inconvenience, but still annoying.
